2025.10.1でeasecoffeeは３周年を迎えます。
3年前、私たちeasecoffeeは、まだ小さな焙煎機と限られた設備だけでスタートしました。
決して大きな店ではありませんでしたが、ただひとつ大切にしていたのは「一粒一粒のお豆に込められた物語を、お客様にまっすぐ届けたい」という想いでした。
その想いを胸に、多くの方々に支えられながら歩んできた3年間。
日々の一杯が誰かの心を少しでもやわらげ、豊かにする時間となることを願い続けてきました。
その節目にふさわしい一杯として、私たちが選んだのは「Panama Kotowa Geisha」。
世界のコーヒーシーンにおいても最高峰と称されるPanamaから届いた、特別なお豆です。
その味わいは、まるで澄んだ水のように透明感に満ち、口に含むと花束を抱きしめたかのような華やかな香りが広がります。
甘やかで長く続く余韻は、飲むたびに心を高揚させ、特別な時間へと誘ってくれます。

この3周年という節目に、私たちが皆さまへどうしてもお届けしたかったのは「感謝」と「特別な体験」。

Las Brujasという農園名は、スペイン語で「魔女たち」という意味です。
ラス・ブルハスには、地下を流れる小川があります。この小川は、ある場所では乾いて姿を消し、別の場所では湧き出て大地を潤します。
魔女がこの川の出現と消滅を引き起こしたと考えられたため、農園名に魔女の名前が冠されました。

On October 1, 2025, easecoffee celebrates its third anniversary.
Three years ago, we at easecoffee started with just a small roaster and limited equipment.
We were never a large shop, but the one thing we cherished above all was the desire to “deliver the story contained within each and every bean directly to our customers.”
With that desire in our hearts, we've walked this path for three years, supported by so many people.
We have continuously wished that each daily cup might soften someone's heart just a little and enrich their time.
As a cup worthy of this milestone, we have chosen “Panama Kotowa Geisha.”
It is a special bean from Panama, hailed as one of the pinnacles of the global coffee scene.
Its flavor is filled with a clarity like pure water, and when tasted, a vibrant aroma spreads like embracing a bouquet of flowers.
Its sweet, lingering aftertaste uplifts the spirit with every sip, inviting you into a special moment.

On this 3rd anniversary milestone, what we most wanted to convey to you is our “gratitude” and a “special experience.”
Through a cup of Kotowa, we wish to express our thanks to the customers who have walked with us these past three years, and to take a new step forward toward the future.

We sincerely hope this special cup allows you to feel easecoffee's past and future.

The farm name Las Brujas means “the witches” in Spanish.
Beneath Las Brujas flows an underground stream. This stream dries up and disappears in one place, only to reappear and emerge elsewhere, nourishing the earth.
It was believed that witches caused this river to appear and vanish, hence the farm was named after witches.

＜焙煎日について＞
パッケージに焙煎日を記載しておりますのでご確認ください。
焙煎直後のお豆をお届けすることも多いですが、「エイジング」をかけることによりお豆内部のガスが抜け甘さやポテンシャルが感じやすくなります。

焙煎後1-3週間ごろが最もフレーバーが感じやすくおすすめしています。
焙煎後2ヶ月前後はは美味しくお楽しみいただけます。

＜About the roasting date＞
Please check the roasting date printed on the package.
We will send you products that have been roasted within the last two weeks.
We often deliver beans immediately after roasting, but by allowing them to “age,” the gas inside the beans is released, making it easier to appreciate their sweetness and potential.
We recommend enjoying the beans around 1-3 weeks after roasting, when the flavor is most pronounced.  
The beans can be enjoyed for approximately two months after roasting.

焙煎作業と梱包作業を全て少人数で行なっている為、お客様がご注文の決済を完了されてからもお時間を頂戴する場合がございます。
発送日は基本的に金曜日と月曜日になります。豆の在庫状況やお店の営業状況によっては最大で6日以内の発送とさせて頂きますのでご了承お願い致します。
日時のご指定は出来かねますので宜しくお願い致します。

<Flow to Arrival>
As all roasting and packaging work is carried out by a small number of staff, it may take some time even after you have completed your order payment.
Shipments are generally made on Fridays and Mondays. Depending on bean stock and store operating conditions, shipments may take up to six days, so we ask for your understanding.
We are unable to specify delivery dates and times, so we ask for your cooperation.
We would appreciate it if you could place your order with plenty of time to spare.

300g以下の方のご注文につきましてはクリックポストでの発送になるため、紙パッケージでの発送となります。予めご了承ください。
