このロットは二人の掛け合わせのロットです。
エキスポーターのアレハンドロはロットをうまく掛け合わせることによりクオリティは向上し、複雑さが増すと考えています。
焙煎後２〜3日くらいからは瑞々しいフレーバーと共に甘いキウイやトロピカルな印象が強く、エイジングが進むと優しいマンゴーやグレープといった味わいに変化する、長い期間様々な楽しみ方が出来る素晴らしいコーヒーになっていると思います。
ナチュラルプロセスの華やかなアロマはありつつも不思議と飲み疲れることはなく、毎日楽しむことが出来るコーヒーとなっており、パカマラらしいとろみと甘味を最大限に引き出せるよう焙煎レシピを組みました。

This lot is a cross between two lots.
Alejandro, the exporter, believes that the quality improves and the complexity increases when the lots are well crossed.
The coffee has a strong impression of sweet kiwi and tropical flavors with fresh flavors from about 2 to 3 days after roasting, and as it ages, it changes to gentle mango and grape flavors, making it a great coffee that can be enjoyed in a variety of ways over a long period of time.
The coffee has a gorgeous natural-processed aroma, but it is not tiring to drink, making it a coffee that can be enjoyed every day.

パッケージに焙煎日を記載しておりますのでご確認ください。
焙煎から２週間以内の商品をお送り致します。
焙煎直後のお豆をお届けすることも多いですが、「エイジング」をかけることによりお豆内部のガスが抜け甘さやポテンシャルが感じやすくなります。

焙煎後1-3週間ごろが最もフレーバーが感じやすくおすすめしています。
焙煎後2ヶ月前後はは美味しくお楽しみいただけます。

焙煎作業と梱包作業を全て少人数で行なっている為、お客様がご注文の決済を完了されてからもお時間を頂戴する場合がございます。
通常は3日以内の発送になりますが、豆の在庫状況によっては最大で6日以内の発送とさせて頂きますのでご了承お願い致します。
日時のご指定は出来かねますので宜しくお願い致します。
