昨年に引き続きグアリロバ農園から第一弾のロットをリリースします。
第一弾はゲイシャ種。
明確にスパイスを感じるコーヒーに衝撃を受けた方も多いのでは無いでしょうか。
今期は昨年に比べるとより柑橘のニュアンスを感じることができ、フルーティーな味わいの中にお花のフレーバーも感じます。
アロマから山椒の香りが立ち込め、そのユニークさはグアリロバ農園特有の個性を感じさせてくれます。

We are releasing the first lot from the Guariroba Estate, as we did last year.
The first lot is a Geisha coffee.
Many of you may have been shocked to find a coffee with a clear spice taste.
This season, compared to last year, we can detect more citrus nuances and floral flavors in the fruity taste.
The aroma of prickly pepper comes from the aroma, and its uniqueness gives the Guariroba Estate a unique character.

パッケージに焙煎日を記載しておりますのでご確認ください。
焙煎から２週間以内の商品をお送り致します。
焙煎直後のお豆をお届けすることも多いですが、「エイジング」をかけることによりお豆内部のガスが抜け甘さやポテンシャルが感じやすくなります。

焙煎後1-3週間ごろが最もフレーバーが感じやすくおすすめしています。
焙煎後2ヶ月前後はは美味しくお楽しみいただけます。

合計3000円以上お買い上げで送料が無料になります。
焙煎作業と梱包作業を全て少人数で行なっている為、お客様がご注文の決済を完了されてからもお時間を頂戴する場合がございます。
通常は3日以内の発送になりますが、豆の在庫状況によっては最大で6日以内の発送とさせて頂きますのでご了承お願い致します。
日時のご指定は出来かねますので宜しくお願い致します。

Because we have a small number of people doing all the roasting and packing work, it may take some time after your order has been processed and shipped.
Usually we ship within 3 days, but depending on the availability of beans, we may ship within 6 days at the most.
