高品質のコーヒー生産地として知られるGedeb Hartumi。
このコーヒーは2021年に、COEで19位に入賞した同ロットであり、素晴らしいクオリティを維持しています。
熟した赤いチェリーのみを選別し、高床式のアフリカンベッドに薄く広げられることにより、均一な乾燥が可能にしており、16～18日間丁寧な乾燥により１つの麻の中でもブレが少なく、全てのカップで素晴らしいクオリティを発揮しています。
ブルーベリーのような甘さを伴うベリー感に、私たちが大事にしているフローラルの要素。綺麗な酸と共に複雑なフルーツノートを連想させてくれるイチオシのエチオピアです。

Gedeb Hartumi is known for its high quality coffee production.
This coffee is the same lot that placed 19th in the COE in 2021, and maintains excellent quality.
Only ripe red cherries are selected and spread thinly on high African beds to ensure even drying, and the 16-18 days of careful drying results in little blurring within a single hemp and excellent quality in every cup.
The floral elements we cherish in the berryiness with blueberry-like sweetness. This is a ichthyological Ethiopia that reminds us of complex fruit notes along with a beautiful acidity.

パッケージに焙煎日を記載しておりますのでご確認ください。
焙煎から２週間以内の商品をお送り致します。
焙煎直後のお豆をお届けすることも多いですが、「エイジング」をかけることによりお豆内部のガスが抜け甘さやポテンシャルが感じやすくなります。

焙煎後1-3週間ごろが最もフレーバーが感じやすくおすすめしています。
焙煎後2ヶ月前後はは美味しくお楽しみいただけます。

合計3000円以上お買い上げで送料が無料になります。
焙煎作業と梱包作業を全て少人数で行なっている為、お客様がご注文の決済を完了されてからもお時間を頂戴する場合がございます。
通常は3日以内の発送になりますが、豆の在庫状況によっては最大で6日以内の発送とさせて頂きますのでご了承お願い致します。
