エチオピア・シダモ産のコーヒーを、メキシコのDescamex社が手がける「マウンテンウォーター・プロセス」によってカフェイン除去したデカフェコーヒーです。
この製法では、化学的な溶媒を一切使用せず、水の力を利用して安全にカフェインを取り除きます。コーヒー豆本来の香りや味わいをできる限り残しながら、カフェインだけを除去するため、通常のエチオピアコーヒーに近い風味と甘さをお楽しみいただけます。
味わいは、レモンティーやアプリコットを思わせる明るい果実味と心地よい酸味。さらに、蜜をたっぷり含んだ熟したサツマイモのような甘さが広がり、余韻にはシナモンやクローブを思わせるスパイスのニュアンスも感じられます。
カフェインレスでありながら、エチオピアらしい華やかさと甘さをしっかりと楽しめる一杯です。夜寝る前のリラックスタイムや、カフェインを控えている方にもおすすめです。

Ethiopia Sidamo Decaf is a decaffeinated coffee made from Ethiopian Sidamo coffee beans, processed by Descamex in Mexico using the Mountain Water Process.

This method removes caffeine safely using only water, without the use of any chemical solvents. By preserving as much of the coffee’s natural aroma and flavor as possible while removing the caffeine, it allows you to enjoy a sweetness and flavor profile close to that of regular Ethiopian coffee.

In the cup, you can expect bright orange-like fruitiness and a pleasant acidity.
This is followed by a rich sweetness reminiscent of ripe sweet potato full of honey, with subtle spice notes of cinnamon and clove lingering in the finish.

Although it is decaffeinated, this coffee still offers the floral character and sweetness that Ethiopian coffees are known for.
It is especially recommended for a relaxing cup before bedtime, or for anyone looking to reduce their caffeine intake.

焙煎から２週間以内の商品をお送り致します。
焙煎直後のお豆をお届けすることも多いですが、「エイジング」をかけることによりお豆内部のガスが抜け甘さやポテンシャルが感じやすくなります。

焙煎後1-3週間ごろが最もフレーバーが感じやすくおすすめしています。
焙煎後2ヶ月前後はは美味しくお楽しみいただけます。

焙煎作業と梱包作業を全て少人数で行なっている為、お客様がご注文の決済を完了されてからもお時間を頂戴する場合がございます。
通常は3日以内の発送になりますが、豆の在庫状況によっては最大で6日以内の発送とさせて頂きますのでご了承お願い致します。
