We had the opportunity to stay at Mr. Carmelo's farm when we visited Bolivia in 2023.

パッケージに焙煎日を記載しておりますのでご確認ください。
焙煎から２週間以内の商品をお送り致します。
焙煎直後のお豆をお届けすることも多いですが、「エイジング」をかけることによりお豆内部のガスが抜け甘さやポテンシャルが感じやすくなります。

焙煎後1-3週間ごろが最もフレーバーが感じやすくおすすめしています。
焙煎後2ヶ月前後はは美味しくお楽しみいただけます。

＜ご到着までの流れ＞

焙煎作業と梱包作業を全て少人数で行なっている為、お客様がご注文の決済を完了されてからもお時間を頂戴する場合がございます。
通常は3日以内の発送になりますが、豆の在庫状況によっては最大で6日以内の発送とさせて頂きますのでご了承お願い致します。
日時のご指定は出来かねますので宜しくお願い致します。
