普段はシングルオリジンのみですが、２周年を記念してブレンドコーヒーを深煎りで製作させて頂きました。
easecoffeeでも大事にしている「甘さ」
そこにスパイスとしてパカマラもMIXすることにより果実味が増し、秋の涼しい日にほっこり飲みたくなるようなまろやかなコーヒーに仕上げる事ができました。
沢山の方に届くと嬉しいです。


Normally, we only offer single origin coffees, but to celebrate our 2nd anniversary, we produced a deep roasted blend coffee.
Sweetness” is something we value at ‘easecoffee’ as well.
The spice mix of Pacamara coffee adds a fruity flavor to the blend, making it a mellow coffee that you will want to sip on a cool autumn day.
We hope many people will enjoy this coffee.


＜焙煎日について＞
パッケージに焙煎日を記載しておりますのでご確認ください。
焙煎から２週間以内の商品をお送り致します。
焙煎直後のお豆をお届けすることも多いですが、「エイジング」をかけることによりお豆内部のガスが抜け甘さやポテンシャルが感じやすくなります。

焙煎後1-3週間ごろが最もフレーバーが感じやすくおすすめしています。
焙煎後2ヶ月前後はは美味しくお楽しみいただけます。



＜ご到着までの流れ＞

焙煎作業と梱包作業を全て少人数で行なっている為、お客様がご注文の決済を完了されてからもお時間を頂戴する場合がございます。
通常は3日以内の発送になりますが、豆の在庫状況によっては最大で6日以内の発送とさせて頂きますのでご了承お願い致します。
日時のご指定は出来かねますので宜しくお願い致します。

余裕を持ってご注文を頂けますと幸いです。

 

Please check the roasting date on the package.
We will send you a product within 2 weeks of roasting.
We often deliver beans immediately after roasting, but “aging” the beans allows the gases inside the beans to escape, and the sweetness and potential can be more easily felt.

We recommend 1-3 weeks after roasting as it is the best time to taste the flavors.
The beans can be enjoyed for about 2 months after roasting.

 

<Flow to Arrival>

Due to the small number of people involved in the roasting and packaging process, it may take some time after your order has been processed.
Usually we ship within 3 days, but depending on the availability of beans, we may ship within 6 days at the most.
Please note that we cannot specify a specific date or time.
