アフリカの生産国の中でもブルボン種のコーヒーといえばやはりルワンダ。
その明瞭な明るいフルーツノートと厚みがある甘さには惚れ惚れします。
まさにデイリーラインでお楽しみ頂きたいコーヒーのリリースです。
バランスを意識して焙煎に取り組んでいますので、いつものラインナップよりもやや深めのロースト（中煎り）となっております。

シンビ・コーヒーウォッシングステーションは、ウォッシングステーションの位置するシンビ地区を中心に、隣接するマラバ地区・ソヴ地区に暮らす約250の小規模生産者(6割が女性生産者)からなるインベレヘサ農協からチェリーを集めています。

シンビコーヒーで生産処理がされるコーヒーは、世界中に最高品質のフリーウォッシュドコーヒーをもたらす事を掲げ、収穫地から近い立地の優位性と共に、マラバを中心に標高1760m前後の生産環境のコンディションが近しい周辺エリアから収穫する事で、より高品質で安定したスペシャルティコーヒーを生産しています。
また、生産処理のプロセスにおいても同様に、収穫されたチェリーの品質を最大限に活かしきれるように、工程ごとに発酵工程や選別、乾燥工程において品質基準を設けて管理にあたっています。
このような取り組みからシンビコーヒーは、地域の風味特性を最大限に引き出した、最高のフリーウォッシュドコーヒーを生み出し、COE受賞など多くの実績と高い評価を受けているのです。

Of all the African producing countries, Rwanda is still the best when it comes to Bourbon coffee.
You will love its distinct bright fruit notes and thick sweetness.
This is truly a release of coffee to be enjoyed in the daily lineup.
We are working on roasting this coffee with balance in mind, so it is a slightly deeper roast (medium roast) than our usual lineup.

Simbi Coffee Washing Station collects cherries from Inbelehesa Agricultural Cooperative, which consists of about 250 small producers (60% are women producers) living in the Simbi district, where the washing station is located, and the adjacent Maraba and Sovu districts.

The coffee produced and processed at Simbi Coffee is of the highest quality free-washed coffee in the world, and is harvested from the surrounding areas with the advantage of being located close to the harvesting area and the conditions of the production environment at around 1760m altitude, mainly in Malaba, to produce higher quality and more stable coffee. This allows us to produce specialty coffees of higher and more stable quality.
In the same way, in the production process, quality standards are set and managed at each step of the fermentation, sorting, and drying process to maximize the quality of the harvested cherries.
These efforts have resulted in Simbi Coffee producing the best free-washed coffees that maximize regional flavor characteristics, and have earned the company many awards and accolades, including a COE award.

パッケージに焙煎日を記載しておりますのでご確認ください。
焙煎から２週間以内の商品をお送り致します。
焙煎直後のお豆をお届けすることも多いですが、「エイジング」をかけることによりお豆内部のガスが抜け甘さやポテンシャルが感じやすくなります。

焙煎後1-3週間ごろが最もフレーバーが感じやすくおすすめしています。
焙煎後2ヶ月前後はは美味しくお楽しみいただけます。

合計3000円以上お買い上げで送料が無料になります。
3000円以下のお買い上げでは送料が一律700円となります。

焙煎作業と梱包作業を全て少人数で行なっている為、お客様がご注文の決済を完了されてからもお時間を頂戴する場合がございます。
通常は3日以内の発送になりますが、豆の在庫状況によっては最大で6日以内の発送とさせて頂きますのでご了承お願い致します。
日時のご指定は出来かねますので宜しくお願い致します。

Because we have a small number of people doing all the roasting and packing work, it may take some time after your order has been processed and shipped.
