Coffee」と呼ばれるコーヒー栽培を続けています。\u003cbr\u003e一つひとつの農園は決して大きくありません。生産者たちはコーヒーだけを大規模に栽培するのではなく、暮らしのすぐそばで、他の作物や自然と共にコーヒーノキを育てています。\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eMujeのコーヒーを特徴づけるものの一つが、その標高です。\u003cbr\u003e2,000mを超える冷涼な環境では、コーヒーチェリーはゆっくりと時間をかけて成熟します。そのため豆は比較的小さなスクリーンサイズでありながら、一粒一粒にしっかりとした密度があります。\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e今回のロットは、その土地の個性を素直に感じられるWashed Process。\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e私たちがこのコーヒーから感じるのは、Orange BlossomやJasmineを思わせる白い花のような香り。そこにWhite PeachやRed Appleの瑞々しい果実味と、Grapefruit
